- Total Futurity Payments: $300 (includes $25 processing fee, $200 entry fee, $75 stall fee)
- 1st Payment Postmark Deadline: $150 — January 15, 2010
- 2nd Payment Postmark Deadline: $150 — February 15, 2010
- Late Fees: $25 per payment missed
- Late Entries: $350 — after February 15, 2010 — Books close March 1, 2010
- 100% payback on added money and 80% payback on entry fees.
- The fastest 50% of the runners in the qualifying round will compete for 60% of the purse money in the clean-slate Championship Round,
- The remaining half of the field, including those with hit barrels and no times, will compete for 40% of the purse in the clean-slate Consolation Round

- Consolation Round to follow Championship Round
- Open to 5 year olds & under (foals of 2005 or after) who have never competed in a barrel race for money, points or prizes prior to December 1, 2009.
