BBR Southern Territorial Open 5D & AIP Energy X-Tra Tour Finale Rules

• BBR Southern Territorial 5D is open to everyone.
• BBR Southern Territorial 5D will consist of one race with contestants allowed to enter a maximum of two sections on the same horse and may win checks on each run.
• TFBC Futurity (either or both goes) and Derby may roll times to BBR Southern Territorial 5D.
• American Qualifier and Youth Sweepstakes entries MUST roll times to BBR Southern Territorial 5D.
• Horses rolling times from the Futurity, Derby, American Qualifier or Youth Sweepstakes may only run one time per day.
• Available Sections:
  • Friday - Open Section 1, Derby Rollover, Youth Sweepstakes Rollover (required if entered)
  • Saturday - Futurity 1st Go Rollover, Open Section 2, American Qualifier (required if entered)
  • Sunday - Futurity 2nd Go Rollover, Open Section 3
• BBR X-Tra Sidepot is open to current BBR Members Only.
• Horses must enter Southern Territorial 5D in order roll times to BBR X-Tra Sidepot.
• Open 5D and X-Tra Entries (including rollovers) must be postmarked by Oct 1 to avoid late fee.
• American Qualifier Entries will be available online only and will close Oct 29 at 5pm CST.

Stalls & RV Hookups

A limited number of stalls are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are priced based on arrival date as show below.  All stalls include one bag of shavings.

• Wednesday - Sunday:  $108
• Thursday - Sunday: $88
• Friday - Sunday: $68

A limited number of RV Hookups are available.  Call BBR Office at 405-230-7167 for RV Reservations.

• 3pm Facility & Stalls open for arrival

Thursday November 1st

• Sale Horse Check in
• 9am Futurity Exhibitions/Check In (2 Min Per Futurity Horse in Draw Order $50 Fine If Over The Time Limit)
• 12pm Open Exhibitions
• Open Exhibs To Follow Til 4:30pm
• 5pm Open 5D Warm Up Race

Friday November 2^nd

• 10am Open 5D Section 1
• 5pm Derby (Optional carry over to Open 5D)
• 6pm late futurity horse check in
• Youth Super Stakes To Follow (MANDATORY ROLLOVER TO OPEN 5D $85 FEE) YOUTH SUPERSTAKES LATE ENTRIES CLOSE 1 HOUR PRIOR TO RACE START TIME AS ANNOUNCED ON SITE
• Open 5D Section 1 (continued if more than 350 entries)
• 7pm Texas Best Futurity Sale Demo

Saturday November 3rd

• 9am 1^st Go Of Futurity (Optional carry over to Open 5D))
• Open 5D Section 2 to follow
• 4pm Texas Best Futurity Sale (warm up pen – southeast building)
• 8pm American Qualifier (south arena) (required carry over to Open 5D)

Sunday November 4th

• 9am 2nd Go Futurity (Optional carry over to Open 5D)
• Open 5D Section 3 to follow (south arena) (No Limit)
