• Entries for American Rodeo Qualifier must be made online at BetterBarrelRaces.com. Books close Monday (Feb 16) at 5pm Central.

Main Event Open 5D

• $250 Entry Fee
• $20,000 Added Money
• Entry includes two (2) Qualifying Rounds and Finals Round
• Top 16 from each division of each Qualifying Round advance to Finals Round (Contestants qualifying from BBR Select race will be skipped and Main Event Qualifying contestants will move up.)
• Big Spender High Stakes, Futurity Fast Time & Rider Age Sidepots available

Big Spender High Stakes Sidepot

• $250 Entry Fee
• $3500 Added Money
• Must be entered in Main Event Open 5D
• Fastest Time from Main Event Qualifying Rounds
• 4D Format (1/2 second splits)

Futurity Fast Time Sidepot

• $150 Entry Fee
• $5000 Added Money
• Open to horses 5yrs or younger who have not been entered in barrel competition prior to Nov 15, 2025
• Must be entered in Main Event Open 5D
• Rider must have current BBR Futurity Riders Guild membership
• Fastest Time from Main Event Qualifying Rounds
• 2D Progressive Format (full second split)

Rider Incentive Sidepots

• $50 Entry Fee/run
• Youth/17U - Adult - Senior/50+ Age Group Sidepots
• Based on rider age as of January 1st
• $500 Added Money for each age group
• Must be entered in Main Event Open 5D
• Times carry from Main Even Qualifying Rounds
• Single payout over two days - can win on each run.

Stalls, Shavings & RV Hookups

• Stalls (Thurs-Sun) - $75
• Pre-Ordered Shavings - $9 ea.

Thursday - February 19

• 8am - Gates Open for Arrival (Contact BBR Office at (405) 230-7167x501 to make arrangements if you wish to arrive prior to this time!)
• 10pm-2pm - Open Exhibitions (Purchase Online Here - Sales begin Feb 16 at 10am CDT)
• 3pm - BBR Select Open 5D
• 7pm - American Qualifier (follows draw #200)
    ~ BBR Select Open 5D (following American Qualifier if necessary)
• 8pm - BBR Members Only Reception

Friday - February 20

• 10am - Main Event Open 5D - Qualifying Round 1

Saturday - February 21

• 10am - Main Event Open 5D - Qualifying Round 2

Sunday - February 22

• 8am - Church Services
• 10am - Main Event Open 5D - Finals Round

Entry Deadlines

• Books will open for enties and stalls approximate 6-8 weeks prior to event.
• Mail-in Postmark & Online without Late Fee - Feb 2, 2026   (Note: After this you can still online enter online or on-site)
• Deadline to withdraw with partial refund. - Feb 11, 2026  - No refunds past this date!
• Online Entry cutoff to be included in early draw - Feb 14, 2026   (Note: Early draw will be posted online a couple days later. Online entries are still open but will be place in late draw.)
• Books Close for American Contender entries and Online Entries Close temporarily - Feb 16, 2026
• Online Entries re-open for late entries, etc. - Feb 17, 2026
• Books close for each race with 1st runner unless otherwise noted in rules.
