AMERICAN CONTENDER TOURNAMENT ENTRIES
This Athlete Entry Form and related documents pertain to Round One (“Round One”) of The American Contender Tournament (the “Contender Tournament”), which is a “side pot” to Producer’s Rodeo and is open to qualified entrants of Producer’s Rodeo. Athletes who enter the Contender Tournament have the chance to qualify to compete In subsequent rounds of the Contender Tournament, including The American Rodeo. (For clarity, Producer’s Rodeo is separately owned and operated from The American Rodeo and The Contender Tournament, which are owned by TR The American, LLC.)
I acknowledge and agree that my participation in Round One of the Contender Tournament is contingent upon my completion of this Athlete Entry Form, payment of the Round One Eligibility Fee, and my having reviewed, agreed to and accepted the terms of the following documents, which are incorporated herein by reference: (i) The American Contender Tournament Athlete Agreement; (ii) “The American Contender Tournament” Barrel Racing Qualifier Guidelines; and (iii) Qualification Procedures, Rules of Advancement and Potential Payouts for the Contender Tournament ("Rules of Advancement").

By making nomination to the 2024 Lago Mar Reunion Roundup barrel race, ("Event"), I hereby agree to abide by any and all rules and conditions established for the Event or any changes thereto ("Rules") as are determined by the Event Producer, Stock Contractor, or Better Barrel Races, LLC ("BBRLLC"), in their sole discretion.
I understand and acknowledge that livestock-related events, including, without limitation, the Event, are inherently dangerous activities and that my involvement, participation and attendance at the Event may expose me to substantial and serious hazards and risks of property damage, personal injury and/or death (collectively, "Claims"). In consideration of my involvement and opportunity to participate in the Event, I agree to assume sole responsibility for any and all such risks and Claims in connection with the Event, whether or not known to me at this time.
I further agree to discharge, waive, release and covenant not to sue BBRLLC, its affiliates, employees or sponsors from all claims, demands and liabilities, whether known, unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, future or contingent, for any and all property damage, personal injury and/or death arising from or relating to my involvement or participation in the Event. I understand and agree that BBRLLC is permitting me to participate in the Event in reliance on the terms herein.
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE RELEASING BETTER BARREL RACES, LLC AND OTHER PARTIES FROM LIABILITY. PLEASE READ THESE PROVISIONS CAREFULLY.
